The KCET marking scheme is pretty straightforward:
- Each question is worth one mark. There are 60 questions in each subject tested, so the maximum marks per subject is 60.
- There is no negative marking, so you won't be penalized for answering a question incorrectly. This means it's to your advantage to guess if you're unsure about an answer.
- The entire KCET exam is multiple choice, so you'll be choosing the answer you think is correct out of four options provided.
Here's a quick summary:
- Marks per question: 1
- Negative marking: No
- Question type: Multiple Choice (MCQ)
