Good infrastructure, supportive faculty, and good placement.
Placements: The placement at RNSIT College is above average. The highest package is 50 LPA, from the CSE AIML department, and the average package is 3 to 6 LPA. Other branch placements and high packages are also good. The top branches in our college are CSE, AIML, and ECE.
Infrastructure: RNSIT campus is big, and the facilities are well-maintained and neatly managed. The temple inside the campus brings a positive feeling. The seniors on campus are very friendly. The canteen food is good, and some items cost more, but it's worth it. My personal favourite is dosa, which is so affordable.
Faculty: Teachers are highly helpful and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant and supports students to start working on projects from the 1st semester itself, making students industry-ready. The faculty are very supportive of the project, and a May 1st year student participated in a hackathon, and they won.
Other: The events and festivals make us connect with our seniors, and the campus greenery is highlighted, and they also allow us to do some extracurricular activities like sports, dance, music, etc.

About RNS's CSE department.
Placements: I'm from the recent CSE batch, and placements are pretty good if we are consistent with our skills. Around 75%-85% get placed, and the highest package till date is 50 LPA. Many product-based companies and MNCs visit the college for placements. Overall, a good college with many opportunities.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good, with well-equipped labs, Wi-Fi available in most places and a library with most spacious and all required books and has enough learning resources for studying. Rooms are decent, and medical and sports facilities are available.
Faculty: Faculty members have good knowledge, and the teaching quality is absolutely amazing. They make students industry-ready through various workshops being conducted. Students are encouraged in all ways, and they have a separate incubation centre and many clubs which develop and enhance students' interests, including technical and even extracurricular activities. Teachers are supportive and very helpful.

A good college for all the type of students who wants to pursue an engineering.
Placements: We do have a lot of placements in our college. There are regularly visiting companies like Infosys and Cognizant. They recruit a lot from this college. They teach us about the interview grounds, and also they will call teachers from outside to teach us, for example, Bizotic and Seventh Sense.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. All the blocks are neat and clean and well maintained with all facilities, including drinking water, washrooms, staffrooms and classrooms. They even have a hostel facility for the outsiders (students).
Faculty: The faculty is very good at teaching. They are skilled, and professors and some of them even have a PhD in their own specific subjects. Tests will be taken monthly for 3 months, and at the semester end, there will be semester exams and also some lab exams. Also, there will be some activity according to their courses.
Other: They even took us on an industry visit to Mysore (recently) for the internship offers and worked on some of the projects based on Cyber Lancer. It was a good experience, we learnt a little bit there and still have more to go in this college (learning).

Overall, it is a very good institution with top-level infrastructure, faculty, and education.
Placements: I am from the 2027 batch, Cyber Security course. The placement training takes place in the 6th semester, where we are exposed to various aspects of the industry, the process, and the requirements. Our senior batch has moderate placements, with more than 60 percent of students getting placed in various software and cybersecurity companies. The highest package is around 15 LPA, and the lowest is 3 LPA. Most of the roles offered are cybersecurity-based. The same number of students also get internships at companies with stipends of 20–30,000 per month.
Infrastructure: We have our own building for the Cyber Security department, with labs, classrooms, and seminar halls. Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. The hostel is well-fitted. Even though I do not live in the hostel, I hear good things about the living arrangements, food, and other facilities. We also have two grounds with adequate sports facilities.
Faculty: The teachers in our department are very well-qualified, with most of them having completed or pursuing a Ph.D. in their subjects. They help students with their doubts and ensure that everyone understands the teaching. The cybersecurity field is always growing, with a demand for professionals in many areas. We have workshops on networking, security, and other topics with hands-on experience. The semester exams conducted by VTU are fairly moderate, and good scores can be achieved with enough preparation. Most subjects have a 100 percent pass percentage.
Other: After writing my competitive exam, I have to choose a college and a course. Among all the available colleges, this seems perfect for me because it offers a unique course in cybersecurity. This is still a growing course, with the intake increasing every year, so more facilities are expected to be provided in the future. Several events and competitions are always organized, with major fests taking place every two years.

RNSIT is one of the best colleges in Bengaluru.
Placements: Placements at the college are quite good. The outgoing batch has the highest package of 55 LPA, and the average package is around 5 LPA. A few product-based companies also visit the campus, but mostly service-based companies visit. Many companies like Cognizant, Infosys, Accenture, and others recruit from our college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. Classrooms are well-built and spacious. Wi-Fi is available in every block with good speed. The canteen is pocket-friendly for students, clean, spacious, and offers great food. The library has all kinds of books for study and computers in different rooms.
Faculty: Teachers are amicable and supportive. They are very helpful, highly qualified, and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is good and makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are not difficult, with more than 90 percent of students passing. The semester exams are of good standard. The pass percentage is 35 percent.
