A foreign degree will definitely be a boost. If you gain some work experience abroad, you will be in a better position to negotiate and demand a better pay. Also, in your field it is very important to gain some global exposure and build international networks. So, go for it.

You can another MS or check for PG Diploma in areas like environmental Science, biochemistry, energy Science, renewable energy, food and nutrition etc. Just figure out your career plans, what you want to do and decide accordingly.
