You can another MS or check for PG Diploma in areas like environmental Science, biochemistry, energy Science, renewable energy, food and nutrition etc. Just figure out your career plans, what you want to do and decide accordingly.

At Mahatma Gandhi University, Mumbai, you will get to study MSc program in distance or correspondence mode. I wonder why are you planning for MSc after doing your MBA. Could you please clarify this so I can guide you better.

No, PGCET is not compulsory for M.Sc. This exam is a must for admission to full time or part time MBA, MCA MArch, M.Tech, ME and for 2nd year (lateral entry) of MCA programme. For a better answer, please specify if you have some aspired colleges with you.
