M.Tech

The eligibility criteria for MTech course at IIT Dhanbad is Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent or a Master's degree in Science/Arts/Commerce with at least 60% aggregate or CGPA/CPI of 6.0 in 10 point scale (55% aggregate or 5.5 CGPA for SC/ST). Also, candidates need to clear the entrance exam for IIT Dhanbad MTech admissions. The entrance exams accepted is GATE.

The fee for the MTech course at RGPV ranges from INR 20,000 to INR 2.50 lakh. The RGPV offers two to five-year M.Tech courses to students across Computer Science and Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and other streams. Agni College of Technology offers M.E. course in a single specialisation, namely Structural Engineering. The total tuition fee for M.E. is INR 50,000 for both years of the course. However, this fee is taken from unofficial sources and hence, is indicative. Students are requested to visit the official website to get more details on the ACT M.E. fee. 

At Agni College of Technology, a PG-level M.E. course is offered in affiliation with Anna University, which is equivalent to MTech. As per the university's guidelines, aspirants must appear and qualify for either GATE or CEETA entrance exam. Candidates who hold a UG degree in BTech or equivalent discipline from a recognised university are eligible to apply for Agni College of Technology M.E. admissions. 

The total tuition fee of the MTech programmme at KR Mangalam university is INR 2.2 lakh. The highest package secured after the completion of the course was INR 36 LPA. Total number of recruiters that took part in placement 2023 were over 500 and total placement percentage was 92 percent. Considering the total tuition fee and the placement data of the highest package and placement percentage this seems to be a good return on the investment.

All three specialisations is 2 year degree, off campus. And exam accepted for there couses are CUET PG. The minimum marks for admission is 60% for general category, 55% for obc and 50% for st/sc candidates.
