MTech course full-time is two years long and the part- time course is 3 years long. While the syllabus remains the same, the semester exam evaluation differs depending on the mode of the program.

The M.Tech cutoff for MNIT Jaipur varies according to the specialisation. According to the trends of the last three years (2022-24) there is no uniform movement in the cutoff ranks during counselling across specialisations. M.Tech in Computer Engineering cutoff in 2024 was 590 which was below the cutoff rank in 2023 which was 490. At the same time, the cutoff rank rose in M.Tech in Structural Engineering from 519 in 2022 to 490 in 2024. Therefore, there is no one trend that the programme has seen in its cutoffs.

MNIT Jaipur provides 612 seats in its M.Tech programme. These seats are provided across various specialisations in full-time or part-time mode. M.Tech in Materials Science and Engineering offers the most amount and M.Tech in Embedded Systems offers the most amount of seats in the programme with 27 seats. Among part-time programmes M.Tech in Powers Systems Management offers the most amount of seats (27 seats).

Candidates looking for an affordable M.Tech course in any of three institutes, can choose any one of them. The highest tuition fees is INR 2.1 Lacs for MNIT Jaipur, whereas for NIT Allahabad it is INR 2.4 lakh.

MNIT Jaipur M.Tech admissions take place through the GATE entrance exam. Candidates who want to apply for admission to the M.Tech programme should apply for the GATE entrance exam. The GATE 2025 exam will be held on February 1, 2, 15, and 16, 2025, across different parts of India. Candidates should have a look at examination website to get updated with new information regarding the exam.

The M.Tech Course at MNIT Jaipur costs INR 1.4 Lacs - INR 2.1 lakh depending on the specialisation. The range consists of 41 different courses offered by the university which are offered in full time and part-time mode. Candidates taking admission into the M.Tech programme at the university should check the specialisation they are choosing and the mode of the programme so as to make an informed decision about the fees to be paid at the university.

There are a total of 36 seats in M.Tech programme of Siddhartha Institute of Engineering and Technology. Out of the total, 18 seats are available in each M.Tech specialisations. The institute offers seats to candidates based on GATE or TS PGECET scores. Once selected, candidates are offered seat based on their rank in the entrance exam.

MTech at Amrita School of Engineering, Amritapuri is a two-year postgraduate degree course, divided into four semesters. The fee structure of the M.Tech course for regular students is INR 79,500 per semester, and INR 5,000 as a one-time charge or one can say a refundable caution money. On the other hand, the tuition fee of INR 53,000 per semester applies to the option where candidates take their time to complete the programme over six semesters. This option is designed for working professionals only.
Candidates must note that working Professionals will not be eligible for any scholarship.

Yes, candidates can apply for admission to the M.Tech course at Amrita School of Engineering, Amritapuri without GATE scores. Because the college also accepts the scores of graduation/ previous academic year for admission to M.Tech courses. The eligible candidates can get admission to M.Tech courses based on merit, followed by an interview process. However, candidates who have secured a valid score in GATE are not required to appear for an interview.
