Hi,
The course choice is something you have to decide on your own. You are now planning for your MS, high time you know your interests and career plans. It may seem confusing but you can take psychometric test to help you know which career or programme will suit you the best, know your aptitude. Engineering Management, MBA, MS Management, Manufacturing, Transport Design, Robotics and Automobiles, Product Design are so many to choose from.

This is the age of data science, big data, machine learning and you name it all. But after mechanical engineering, the choice is a little uncommon. You must have a knack for numbers. You must also justify your choice to the universities as to why this course. Apart from this you must have a brilliant academic percentile, excellent projects, letters of recommendation, certifications, etc.

Hi,
Yes, you can apply for a work permit after course completion. Around 18 month's time is given for you to search for a job relevant to your academic background after you apply for the work permit. During this period you will be allowed to work part time too.

INR. 15 Lacs is too little budget for Master's in Canada or USA. As accommodation (including food & utilities) only will cost you around INR. 8 Lacs for 2 years considering average spending of 500$/month. There is always an option for Education loan, every nationalized banks provides loan up to INR. 20 Lacs (some up to INR. 30 Lacs) for studying abroad. In Germany, you can complete Masters in CS within 15 Lacs, but research before opting that option whether it is really worth spending INR. 15 Lacs for CS in Germany. Hope that helps.
