I think what you want to ask is aircraft maintenance? Obviously, you will be beyond age to appear fresh.
I advise you to attempt getting DGCA certification.
It will get you much better jobs.
Best wishes.

One way is to appear for JEE Mains, score very good marks and seek admission in IISc, Bangalore. Another way us to score above cutoffs in JEE Mains, then appear for JEE Advanced and get admission in IIT.

If physics in 12th level seems easier to you and you are comfortable and confident in solving different problems of physics then you may conclude mechanical engineering for yourself. Similarly, if in computer both hardware and software and programming languages seem easy then go for them. As a computer user, if you are really smooth, then you may think of CS. Nothing is harder in that sense. You are to choose one based on your interest and skill.

First, confirm that the college you completed your engineering from is affiliated from AICTE or not. If it is affiliated, no one can say that your colleges is fraud.

Your query is not very clear. There are very many streams of engineering and each college offers some of these depending on facilities and availability of trained teachers.
