If we talk about NIRF rankings of both of the institutions then both fall under the 100 to 151 rankings. When it comes to placements Nirma University has 100 percent placements with average package of 7lpa and highest package of 15lpa with top recruiters like Tata, Reliance and Adani. On the other hand if we talk about PDEU the placement percentage is 90 with average package of 7lpa and highest package of 40 lpa across all disciplines but if we talk about its mechanical engineering placements then it's average package is around 3.5 to 5.5 lpa while highest package around 8 to 10 lpa. You won't likely get Mechanical Engineering at Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University (DCRUST), Sonepat.
Last year, students with ranks much better than yours (around 2 to 4 lakh) got admission in Mechanical. Your rank is higher than those cut off

Of course. Top colleges do have dedicated placement cells in place to offer Mechanical Engineering graduates promising job opportunities in the final year. Recruiters visit the college campuses either via placement drives or annual placement fairs to hire a talented pool of graduates with the right skill set and attitude to excel in the world of mechanics. The salary packages are also quite good for Mechanical Engineering freshers.

Yes, you can get lateral access into B.E. Mechanical Engineering at Akash Group of Institutions if you have finished a degree in Mechanical or associated discipline.
You need at least 50% marks in degree and should publish your files at some point of admission.

Yes, you are elegible for admission in B.E. mechanical engineering at Chandigarh University after you cleared class 12 from Science stream. The student must have studied Physics, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects in class 12 and one optional subject selected from Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ Computer Science/ Information Technology having a cumulative marks of 50%. With a rank of 55770 rankand according to the previous trends, you can aim for IIEST Shibpur, NIT AP, NIT Uttarakhand, NIT Srinagar and some other northeastern NITs. You have to sit for CSAB counselling to get these or maybe a better one. Also you can check the details from CSAB official webpage.
