Most private nursing colleges in Delhi, including low-fee nursing colleges, accept a valid NEET score for admission. But a few also accept other entrance exam scores like IPU CET or conduct their own entrance exam for admission. The admission process differs from college to college. Therefore, it is very important to check the college admission process or accepted entrance exam.

Yes, all MBBS colleges in Hyderabad that participate in NEET counselling are approved by the National Medical Commission (NMC). This approval ensures the college meets required standards for infrastructure, faculty, and clinical training. New medical colleges initially admit students under an NMC Letter of Permission and become fully recognised once their first batch graduates.

Most MBBS colleges in Hyderabad are affiliated to Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS), based in Warangal. This university oversees the curriculum, examinations, and academic standards for medical colleges across Telangana. Some deemed university colleges, like Malla Reddy Vishwavidyapeeth, have their own affiliation and are admitted through MCC counselling instead.

Thane has very limited MBBS options compared to cities like Mumbai or Pune. Rajiv Gandhi Medical College in Kalwa is the only government MBBS college in the city, with admission based on NEET UG scores. Most other medical institutes in Thane offer paramedical or physiotherapy courses instead of MBBS. Students looking for more MBBS seats often apply to colleges in nearby Mumbai and Navi Mumbai as well.
