Not directly, you'd have to reappear for NEET-UG and start MBBS from scratch. BDS credits are not transferable. However, many BDS graduates pursue MDS specialisation instead in PG, which is equally rewarding.

No, students do not need to apply separately for MBBS admission at AIIMS Rishikesh after NEET exam. The seats are allocated through the NEET exam + NEET Counselling. Interested students simply have to pick AIIMS Rishikesh while filling the preference list during counselling.

AIIMS Rishikesh admissions are highly competitive. With a score of 650 in NEET, students may have a chance of getting seat. The admission chances depend on the cutoff, paper's difficulty, and student's category. For the general category, 650 is a decent score but admission is not guaranteed.

AIIMS Rishikesh admissions are entrance-based. However, NEET is mandatory only for the MBBS programme. If a student is apply for any of the other programmes, appearing for NEET is not required. Hence, yes, a student can get admission in AIIMS Rishikesh without NEET score provided they are applying for non-MBBS programme.

Since you are appearing for NEET, you must aim for safe scores. For MBBS in and around Faridabad, your best private college options are Amrita School of Medicine and Al-Falah School of Medical Sciences.

1. Amrita School of Medicine

  • MBBS tuition fee: INR 1.2 Crore
  • NEET Cutoff (General Category):
    • Closing Rank: ~3.7 Lacs (All India Rank)

2. Al-Falah School of Medical Sciences

  • MBBS tuition fee: INR 68.6 lakh
  • NEET Cutoff (General Category):
    • Closing Rank: ~5.5 Lacs - 6.7 Lakh
