Not directly, you'd have to reappear for NEET-UG and start MBBS from scratch. BDS credits are not transferable. However, many BDS graduates pursue MDS specialisation instead in PG, which is equally rewarding.

No, students do not need to apply separately for MBBS admission at AIIMS Rishikesh after NEET exam. The seats are allocated through the NEET exam + NEET Counselling. Interested students simply have to pick AIIMS Rishikesh while filling the preference list during counselling.

AIIMS Rishikesh admissions are entrance-based. However, NEET is mandatory only for the MBBS programme. If a student is apply for any of the other programmes, appearing for NEET is not required. Hence, yes, a student can get admission in AIIMS Rishikesh without NEET score provided they are applying for non-MBBS programme.
