To get admission in the PhD programme of MIT Academy of Engineering Alandi, the candidates need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
- BE/BTech in relevant branches of Computer Engineering from the All India Council for Technical Education or Central or State Government-approved institutions or equivalent, with an aggregate of at least 55% (50% in the case of candidates of backward class categories and PWD belonging to Maharashtra State only)

TAPMI Manipal PhD scholarships are awarded to qualified doctoral students for a maximum of four years. However, the scholarships are subject to students’ meeting all requirements and recommendations of the concerned committee. Students who are rewarded with fellowship are provided with a full waiver of tuition fees, a monthly stipend of INR 35,000 for the first two years, and INR 40,000 for the next two years.
