The eligibility criteria for LNMIIT PhD pogramme differ based on choice of specialisation/cours. Candidates who wish to know the course-specific eligibility requirements can check the below section:

CSE:

  • Master's degree in engineering (MTech/ME/MS (by research) in CSE/CCE/IT/ECE or any other relevant discipline with a minimum 60 % marks, or
  • BTech/BE in CSE/ECE/CCE/IT or any other relevant discipline with minimum 70% marks and GATE qualified, or
  • MCA or MSc in CS/Maths or any other relevant discipline with minimum 60% marks and GATE qualified

ECE: 

  • MTech/ME/MS (by Research) in ECE – 60%, or
  • BTech in CSE, ECE, or any other equivalent disc

SPA Delhi PhD eligibility criteria state the conditions to be fulfilled by candidates seeking admission. Students who fulfill any one of the following conditions are eligible to apply for PhD courses:

  • Obtained a master's degree in relevant field or its equivalent conducted by any other recognised university/institutions with a minimum of 60% marks, or

If you wish to opt for the PhD in CSE course you should have a master's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related discipline with at least 55 to 60% marks. Also, you must appear for and clear relevant PhD in CSE entrance exams conducted every year. Some colleges also take GD/PI after the entrance results.
Plus, you should always go to the official websites of the universities you're targeting to check their specific criteria.

Candidates who have passed a master's degree or a professional degree equivalent to it with at least 55% aggregate or its equivalent can apply for the PhD course at School of Management, PDEU. There is a relaxation of 5% in the aggregate for SC / ST / OBC (non-creamy layer) / differently-abled candidates & other categories of candidates as per the decisions of the Commission from time to time.

For PhD in Management, MBA/ MTech/ ME/ ACA/ AIC/ WA/ ACS level or its equivalent as recognised by UGC / AICTE in appropriate area is required.

School of Management, PDEU selects candidates for PhD programme based on Written Aptitude Test conducted by the school. WAT shall consist of 50% weightage on research methodology and 50% weightage on subject specific questions. Aspirants with 50% or more in WAT are further required to appear for personal interview or viva-voce. 70% weightage is given to entrance test and 30% to performance of the aspirants in the personal interview round for admission.

Candidates must pass PG examination of University of Mumbai with at least 55% aggregate (or a B grade, where grades are awarded) to apply for N. L. Dalmia PhD programme.  Besides, candidates must also have a valid score in UGC-NET for admission. Aspirants can also appear for PET conducted by the University of Mumbai for admission.
