The interviews for PhD programme was conducted from Dec 12 to Dec 18. IIIT Delhi PhD (Winter) final result is expected to be out in Dec 26. The results release notification will be made available on the IIIT Delhi official website.

Admission to the IIIT Delhi PhD programmes is merit and entrance-based. Shortlisted candidates have to go through an interview round for final selection. The accepted entrance exams are GATE/ UGC NET/CSIR NET. Based on the candidates' scores in the accepted exam, the candidates are shortlisted. For some of the PhD programmes, aspirants are shortlisted for the interview based on aggregate in the last qualifying examination.

There are total 893 seats for Ph.D in BHU ( total including IMS Management Ph.D)
Admission is through Research Entrance Test (Ret) 2021 And Direct Admission (RET- Exempted) ( NET /JRF qualified candidates are exempted from RET).

You can do it after Masters in Psychology or equivallent or subject most similar to Psychology. Most of the Ph.D courses may require minimun 55%.
One should try to the Ph.D in the subject studied at UG, PG and of interest.

The university has not specifically released the ranking for PhD. However, Bharathiar University is steadily securing good position in rankings among the top Universities in India. As per NIRF report 2023, the university stands at 21 position among Indian Universities and 36 position in the overall group, for the year 2023. As per Times Higher Education Ranking 2023, the University secured the position in the 801-1000 band. Among Indian Universities it stands at the 18 position.
