Getting admission into a PhD programme involves a different eligibility criteria in different Universities. But, if talk about common eligibility then it is :-

 * Master's Degree: Most PhD programs require a master's degree in a relevant field.

 * Minimum GPA: A minimum GPA is often required, usually around 5.0 or higher.

And last cracking their exams for admission.

At the doctoral level, Sunandan Divatia School of Science offers PhD programme across two specialisations. The minimum duration of this programme is three years and it can stretch up to a maximum of six years depending on the course work. Candidates have to choose a specialisation based on their specialisation at the postgraduate  level.

Selection to PhD is subject to qualifying a Written Test conducted by NMIMS.
