It is possible to do MS abroad after a 3-year Bachelors degree. The basic criteria for checking your eligibility for getting admitted in a course is that whether you completed the prerequisite subjects for the graduating course you
have applied for. If yes, then you are welcome but if not, then your UG is considered as non-eligible or you may have to do 23 extra subjects in your Masters, in order to complete your credits. Candidates with B.Sc Honors can join Avaition as ground staff, pilots, cabin crew, flight dispatchers etc. For ground staff, it requires graduation and for some others class 12th is also accepted. For Pilots, only 10+2 with PCM 50% marks is required. For Cabin Crew, only 10+2 with 50% is required. For Flight Dispatchers 10+2 with PCM 50% marks is the requirement. So, as per the above mentioned criteria, you can apply and get a job as per your eligibility. There are some other jobs which require some specific degree like B.Tech. For Air Traffic Controllers.

Hey,
No, there isn't anything else, apart from the board's result that you need to get admission. But, your marks should be really high. As the cutoffs as pretty high every year.
