Hello Madhu,
If you have interest in physics, then you must do B.Sc in it and then M.Sc in Physics. Further, you can go for doctorate as well.

To seek admission in B.Sc Physics, the student must have cleared 10+2 with science subjects (PCM/PCB).
The percentage in 10+2 required for being eligible for the course may vary from college to college.
How to Get Admission in Bachelor of Science [B.Sc] (Physics)
Most of the colleges in India that offer B.Sc Physics give direct admission on the basis of marks obtained in 10+2, which is determined by the cut-off lists generated by each college. The student can seek admission if his marks match with the cut off announced by a college.

Yes, you are eligible for M.Sc Physics after completing B.Sc Physics and Chemistry.
If you completed your graduation with minimum 55%, then you have a great opportunity to get admission in IITs and IISc for M.Sc, IIT JAM in 2018.

Eligibility for M.Sc. Physics is as follows:
1) 50% aggregate pass marks in Bachelors degree (with physics or Maths) or its equivalent.
2) The marks for admission may vary from institute to institute. Many colleges conduct entrance exams for entry to their M.Sc. courses.
So, yes you are eligible for studying M.Sc. in any college.

Yes, you can pursue M.Sc. in Physics through Distance from NIMS University. There is an application procedure which you may have to follow which I have mentioned below. Once you are done applying wait for confirmation (Online or through phone call). You could also download their prospectus by purchasing one online.
Applicant has to fill up the application online.Please read the application instructions carefully before filling up the form online.Once the application has been submitted please print a copy of the application. You can also save a copy of the application form for future reference.
