Please refer to the link mentioned below for a list of top colleges which offer courses in B.Sc. Physics in India. With your kind of marks, it should not be difficult to score on a college of your choice. Moreover, few colleges conduct B.Sc. entrance tests and grant admission based on marks on 10+2 levels and marks scored in entrance exams.

ISRO exam eligibility:
BE/B.Tech or equivalent qualification in first class with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10 (average of all semesters for which results are available). Minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84 in section B alone for candidates with AMIE/Grad IETE qualification.
Candidates who are going to complete the above course in the academic year 2016-17 are also eligible to apply provided final Degree is available by 31/8/2017. The qualification prescribed and the benchmark are only the MINIMUM requirement and fulfilling the same does not automatically make candidates eligible for Written Test.

Hi Ansu,
If you meet admission requirements, of course, you can. Scholarships are on merit basis and will depend on your profile.

Hi,
It won't be easy to get into the second year. It will depend on the university's credit point requirements and if you have met them. Also, you completed your Bachelor's through distance and open learning so additional credit point requirements must be met. It is best that you write to universities in the USA and get a clarification.
