Government Polytechnic Dhanbad was established in 1998 at Dhanbad, Jharkhand. As far my experience, Admission fees is roughly around (850 to 1000) per year and 250 is taken per semester.
If you are from TFW quota, then you might recieve discounts on admission fee and semester fees as well.
