IIM Trichy is one of the top B schools in the country. It was established in 2011 and is known for offering postgraduate management programmes. Despite being a comparatively new IIM, IIM Trichy has been conducting really successful placement drives for its students. The increased intake hasn't affetcted the placement numbers and the opportunities created by the institute for students. In 2024, the institute successfully placed its PGPM students with the highest package of INR 43.69 LPA.

Students who are interested in pursuing Marine Engineering in Tamil Nadu should ensure that they fulfil the admission eligibility criteria laid down by the college of their choice. Here are the Marine Engineering admission eligibility criteria:
