Hello,The National Eligibility Test conducts the UGC NET Exam twice a year. As you know this exam is organized to select the deserving candidates for the post of Assistant Professor and for awarding Junior Research Fellowship. To maintain the standard of teaching and research UGC have set some guidelines to for the aspirants who wish to appear in UGC NET Exam. An aspirant must have pursued post-graduation to apply for UGC NET. So, if you are looking for appearing in this exam, it's essential to have a master's degree. Make sure you also meet the other qualification required for the exam.

Yes, you are eligible if you are also completing the minimum percentage criteria I. e. 50% for reserved categories and 55% for unreserved categories.

The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research conducts the CSIR NET Exam for selecting the candidate for the post of Assistant Professor and also for awarding Junior Research Fellowship. The exam is conducted for five major Science streams -
Physical Science
Chemical Science
Mathematical Science
Earth Science
Life Science
As you have pursued M.Sc. In Chemistry, you can apply for CSIR NET Chemical Sciences. But make sure you meet with all the required eligibility criteria for the exam. The exam is conducted twice a year (June and December). You can apply for any of these two sessions. Hope it helps.

Hello, NTA conducts the UGC NET exam twice in a year in the month of June and December. For June 2019 the exam is going to be conducted from the 20th June to 28th June 2019 expect Saturday and Sunday. If you have decided to prepare UGC NET exam from home, then follow the tips which you can follow to secure your seat.

Hello Pakeeza, No, you are not eligible for Sociology because you have completed your Masters in Human resource, so you can appear in UGC NET Management or HR. Besides this eligibility you need to fulfil the other criteria too. NTA divides the eligibility criteria into two parts:
1. The educational criteria I. e. to secure minimum 55% (General category) or 50% (SC/ST/OBC/Transgender) in your Post Graduation.

Yes, you are eligible to appear for the NTA UGC NET under Commerce subject. As per the rules of the NTA candidates who have qualified or qualifying their Post-Graduation are eligible to appear in the UGC NET Exam. The minimum qualifying marks in Post-graduation is 55% (general) and 50% (other-category)

Hello,
UGC NET Exam is divided into two Papers I. e. Paper-1 and Paper-2. Paper-1 consists of 50 questions for 100 marks with no negative marking. It is compulsory paper and common for all the aspirants. Paper-2 consists of 100 questions for 200 marks with no negative marking. It is an optional paper, which is opted by the candidate at the time of filling the application form, according to their Post-Graduation course or related.
