Madras University is good option, For admission you have to pass the TANCET examination, and if you want to do part time, then TANCET is not required. But still you can try N number of college as you are in Chennai, There are at least 150 Colleges which provides MBA courses, you can try various college at a time then research about them and shortlist top 10 and then look for teachers and student behaviour and teaching and you have top 5 to choose.
