Madras University offers various undergraduate, diploma, postgraduate, and PhD courses across several streams. At the PG level, the university offers MA, MSc, MBA, and other courses to students. The recent placements statistics has not been released by IDE University of Madras for MBA courses, however, as per the students’ reviews on the Shiksha page,  84% of the recent batch was successfully placed in the reputed companies. The the highest and the lowest package offered during the recent Madras University Distance Education placements stood at INR 35 LPA and INR 7 LPA, respectively.

The MBA (Human Resource Management) course at IDE University of Madras is a two-year course in postgraduation, divided into four semesters and offered in distance mode. The subjects covered in this programme are closely associated with leadership roles in Human Resources. Check out the names of the subjects included in the curriculum below:

University of Madras has opened a Single Window Admission Centre located at the IDE building at Chepauk Campus, Chennai and ensures admission across the counters. Students using the Single Window Admission Centre should know the working hour of this admission center: 

Working Hours: The Single Window Admission Centre functions on all days including Saturdays and Sundays except holidays declared by the Government of Tamil Nadu. The centre is openfrom 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on week days and between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays during admission period only.
