If applicants wish to add scores of any of the standardised tests as supplementary material, then SNU suggests two step process of doing it - 

1. upload a scanned copy of your scores (paper or online) during the time of submitting your application online
2. requesting the corresponding exam authorities (exam conducting body) to share your online score report with SNU (if you're through the preliminary round). The official code of SNU Korea to be referred for sharing of score reports is 7972.  

Yes, a SAT score of 1400 can be considered a really nice score which puts an Indian student in the top of the class.

This score is highly competitive because this university has generally admitted the students with SAT scores ranging between 1100 and 1200.

Indian students with this score can get access to multiple scholarships. 

Indian students are not required to submit SAT or ACT scores to study at Carolina Uni. The university uses a test-optional policy. Students who wish to submit SAT or ACT scores can do that.

Students who don't have SAT or ACT scores have no need to be concerned as it would not affect their admission chances.

Emory Uni is test optional, which means the submission of SAT / ACT test scores is optional for UG courses. Indian students who want to take admission to the UG courses of Emory Uni, they can apply via Common App. Holistic admission process is followed by Emory. The documents that are required to be submitted for Emory UG admissions.

Round 1: SJCC Aptitude Test – English (SAT-Eng) St. Joseph's College of Commerce test will consist of 4 sections:

Section A: English Language Ability (15 marks)
Section B: Critical Thinking Skills (15 marks)
Section C: Comprehension Passage (15 marks)
Section D: Reflective Essay (15 marks)

Total marks: 60
Time allotted: 60 mins

The ACT and SAT are designed to be equal in difficulty, and every major U.S. college accepts both without preference. However the difficulty of each test is highly subjective and depends on your individual cognitive strengths and test-taking style.

As per the SIUE admission requirements, international students need to either have a really good GPA or have a high score in the standardized entrance tests like SAT or ACT. 

So, if an applicant's GPA is between 2.0 and 2.59 on a 4.0 scale, they would need a minimum score of 990 (in Evidence based reading and writing + math). 

By meeting these requirements, the applicant would be automatically admitted to SIUE.

Columbia University provides test option for SAT and ACT score to international students. If students wish to submit it, they accept it as a part of selection process. Students who are choosing to submit the score should try to get above 1520 with good GPA, to improve the chance.

For the year 2026, Duke University admissions are test-optional. This means that the students do not really need to submit these scores but it gives an applicant an advantage if they do. 

So, 1480 is not a bad score but not nearly good enough for Duke University. Applicants who get in have an average SAT score of 1550 out of 1600. 

The students should not be discouraged, though, this university looks at the holistic profile of a student and then comes to a decision. The factors given below might just change their decision - 

• Engaging essays 
• Extracurriculars showing leadership skills 
• A near-perfect GPA
