Yes, you can go ahead with your desired programme. Yes, It is possible to join B.Tech course after completing B.Sc. Through the lateral entry scheme which is offered by most of the Engineering colleges in India. The lateral entry is only given to candidates who have either completed Diploma in Engineering or B.Sc. Course. What it means is that you would be given admission in the second year of the Engineering course of your choice which you can select depending on the subject in which you completed your B.Sc. Eligibility Criteria for LEET:
1. Must be graduate in Science stream like B.Sc. With minimum 55% marks.
2. Must have taken mathematics as one of the compulsory subject in B.Sc.
3. Don't have any supply in any semester. B.Sc. (CHEMISTRY).

Hello Rajesh, it's very nice to hear from you that you want to continue with your job while studying in the college for graduation in engineering also. Frankly speaking the study in an engineering college is substantial and student meets all the time available to understand the subject and study. This perhaps me not be feasible if you are working for almost 7 to 8 hours in sum company and then simultaneously spending time in college, since this would definitely be required for marking attendance, and then finding time to study the subjects. Of course nothing is impossible in the world. If you can manage your office timing along with the college timing and in addition find time to sleep and also to study you are most welcome to proceed with your scheme of things. Hello Tejas Shelar, you have mentioned your marks in MHT CET at 70%. But these days percentage is not used for calculation of ranking but it is the percentile which is of vital importance. What is the percentile which will remind you are ranking and which in turn will determine your chances of getting admission. But I am sure you will get admission in civil engineering in one of the good colleges in mobile. Unfortunately there is no separate ranking of colleges of Mumbai based on civil engineering but there is a ranking available on other parameters.
