BE placements from Jadavpur university are far better as compared to other institutions of Bengal.
There is a large scope for civil engineers in both corporate as well as the North East India, where Jadavpur university students find a path to do better in future.

Civil branch placement at MNIT is great on the behalf of percentage of students sitting for placements. L&T, Saint gobin, ACC cements and many more renowned companies visit here to hire meritorious students. MIT School of Engineering is not the best but comes under the category of elite institutions in India. The college has a nice infrastructure, curriculum, academics and most important the vibrant co-curricular culture.
MIT-Pune is a private college affiliated to the University of Pune and has nice placement record when talking about civil engineering. The average placement is around 4 to 5 LPA and highest reaching up to 13 LPA.
The mass recruiters are TCS, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant and Wipro.
Also, some of the good global and national corporates visiting are Volkswagon, Hero, ITC, Axis Bank, Airtel, Amazon, Cisco, IGATE, etc.
The institution is overall very nice and one can get it by scoring 150 marks in MHT-CET for CSE.
The only con in the institution is the huge amount of fee. It is obvious due to its private nature, still, it will worth if you can get an education loan and some financial help from external sources.
