According to me, Veermata Jijabai Technology Institute is better than Sardar Patel College of Engineering because of much better infrastructure, faculty, facilities, and campus.
Let see the comparison between the two colleges:
1) VJTI:-
It takes about 60 students in electrical engineering and out of them most of the students gets placed.
It accepts admissions from MHCET exam.
Average package is about Rs 6.8 Lacs for the students of electrical engineering in the placement.
The highest package is Rs 27 Lacs.
Recruiters:- Morgan Stanley, Samsung, Cisco, Bank of America, HDCF, Microsoft, Torrent, Reliance, Airtel, Godrej, l&tT, etc.
2) SPCE, Mumba

To get a rough idea of what the minimum marks could be, kindly have a look on the previous years' opening and closing rank of the college. It will be available on the institute website or you can get in JOSAA website, that manages the seat allotments through JEE Mains.
