IISc and IIIT are not doing lateral admission in B.Tech courses. The admission in IISc in B.Tech courses are based on JEE Advanced ranks, while JEE Main is for IIITs.

I thank you for giving me this opportunity. I am glad to help you. There are various colleges in India in which you can apply through lateral entry scheme. The lateral entry scheme is only for the Diploma holder candidates and they will get direct admission in second year. There are some of the universities which conducts entrance examination for the lateral entry candidates and some of the universities allot colleges through counseling which can be done as per their marks in Diploma. Below is the list of some colleges is given in which you can apply for the engineering course through lateral entry scheme:

A lateral entry student is the one who directly enters into the second year of engineering. He/she must have completed a Diploma in the respective branch to be eligible for the lateral entry programme. After completing their Diploma, they write a special examination for enrollment in the institute.

B.Tech through Lateral entry is quite good because you compete with the students who are XIIth passed and not so trained technically. After a Diploma, what we call Polytechnic you get admission directly in the second year of B.Tech in the relevant stream in which you did your Diploma. Yes you can get B.Tech lateral admission in Satya Group of Institutions Faridabad. The eligibility criteria is given below.
B.Tech Lateral Entry (Second Year): Passed diploma examination from an AICTE approved Institute; with at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in appropriate branch of Engineering / Technology.
