At GIBS, the IRE module plays a big role in our overall learning. It's not like a normal subject — it's more about thinking differently and doing things practically. Through IRE, we get to work on ideas, research topics, case studies, and small business concepts, which really helps in building our mindset.
It encourages us to think like entrepreneurs, ask questions, and come up with our own solutions. We also get exposure through talks, events, workshops, and activities that build confidence and creativity. Overall, IRE helps us move beyond books and prepares us for real-world challenges in a very simple and practical way.
