GIBS is pretty flexible when it comes to admission. You don't always need national test scores like CAT, XAT, or CMAT every year. Yes, those scores can help, but GIBS also offers direct admissions based on your overall profile, graduation marks, and the interview/interaction you have with the admissions team. It's not just about one exam — they look at the full picture, which makes it easier and more student-friendly for people who didn't take big national tests.

At GIBS, attendance is taken seriously, but it's handled in a practical way. If you miss a few lectures or skill sessions once in a while, it's usually fine, but doing it regularly can affect your internal marks and overall performance. At GIBS, getting a scholarship or financial help is pretty simple and based on a few common things. Usually they look at things like:

  • Your past marks — if you've done really well in school or graduation, you can get a scholarship.

  • Performance in interaction — how you do in the admission discussion matters too.

  • Extra achievements — like strong leadership, sports, extracurriculars, or special awards.

  • Sometimes they also consider financial need — if you genuinely need support, they may help.

There's no super complicated process — you just share your details and the admissions team checks what you qualify for. It's all student-friendl
