At GIBS Business School, placements are pretty decent. The college focuses a lot on training, communication, and interview practice, so students feel more ready when companies come for hiring. It's more about building skills step by step and then getting placed based on your performance.
- Focus on communication + interview + personality development
- Internship support before final placements
- Placement depends on your own effort and participation
- Friendly training environment for students
- Average: around 7–8.5 LPA
- Good students: around 9–12 LPA
- Top cases: 15 LPA+ possible

At GIBS Business School, the packages are pretty good. Infact It's one of the best college in terms of placements and ROI.
- Most students usually get around 5–7 LPA
- Some good performers go up to 8–10 LPA
- Jobs are usually in marketing, HR, sales, finance, business roles
- College gives decent support with training and placements
- Your own skills and communication matter the most
Honestly, it's one of those colleges where you get what you put in. If you work on yourself properly, you can land a good package.
And yeah, I got around 9 LPA from GIBS, so it's definitely possible if you take things seriously

I decided on GIBS because they offer an experiential component with a focus on placement, which became more apparent when I looked into their actual course offerings and placement records.
Another reason for choosing GIBS was the CPMP (Career & Personality Development Program), where they begin developing your communication skills; building your confidence and helping you prepare for interviews from the very first day.
Also, GIBS provides dual specialisation (so you can explore as many career options as you want) but their placement records and different recruiters across different industries are impressive, along with their personalized

At GIBS Bangalore (new campus), the classrooms, labs, library, and hostel are pretty decent and student-friendly overall. As a student, you get a comfortable setup where classes happen in modern classrooms, and most of the learning is supported with presentations and practical sessions, so it doesn't feel outdated or boring.
- Classrooms are clean, modern, and good for daily classes and presentations
- Labs are available for computer work and practical learning
- Library is useful with enough books and study materials for exams and projects
- Hostel is safe, separate for boys and girls, and has basic facilities like food and Wi-Fi

There are no branch-wise cutoffs at GIBS Business School, Bangalore for different specializations like Marketing, Finance, or HR. Once you get admission, the specialisation is usually chosen later based on your interest and performance.
GIBS cutoff overview:
