The Global Institute of Business Studies conducts a systematic and organised process to prepare students for employment in corporations through the placement process.

• Placement Process Steps:
  Pre placement- students receive an aptitude/communication, resume building, Group Discussion (GD) and interview skill training through CPMP and placement sessions
• Company registration and job notification- companies send job definitions, eligibility requirements and compensation to the placement cell
• Student registration- eligible students apply for the companies they are interested in

What Students Should Expect During Placement Season:

• Regular mock interviews/practice sessions
• Strict timelines/deadlines
• Multiple company hiring initiatives across diverse business sectors
• A primary focus on developing communication, confidence and practical knowledge
• The availability of resources for students (faculty/mentors/placement team) throughout the placement cycle
• Recruiters interact with students and provide details about the company culture, job descriptions and what they expect from the students they hire.

• Final Interview:
