Over the past few years, GIBS Bangalore's placement salary trend has remained positive (experience, as GIBS is developing new relationships with industries, focus on preparing students to be career orientated). The average salary package has improved over the current placement cycle, as has the highest salary package, along with growing numbers of recruiting companies in all industries.

 Placement Growth:

• The average salary package for the recent placement cycle is now approximately ₹8.2 LPA compared to the ₹7.4-7.8 LPA received by students who graduated in previous placement cycles.
• The highest salary package received by the most successful students is now ₹20 LPA compared to approximately ₹16.15 LPA, as a result, the number of available job opportunities for the best students has increased.
• Recently more than 220 recruiters engaged in placement activities offering jobs in the areas of consulting, IT, banks, manufacturing, edtech, etc.
• As a result, the institute has placed 100% of its eligible students and has had over 90 internship recruiters, creating strong career prospects for students.

I did my studies at GIBS Bangalore, and honestly, I never felt there was any shortage of faculty support. There were regular professors for academics, and quite often we also had sessions from industry professionals and guest faculty.

I may not know the exact number because faculty members and visiting experts can change over time, but there was always someone available to guide students, clear doubts, and share practical knowledge.
