Flexible Fee Payment Options 

• Students may choose to pay their fees in several installments instead of all at once. Typically, the payments are broken up into sections:

Merit Based Scholarships 
GIBS provides scholarships to students based on scores from the following entrance exams: 

• CAT 
• XAT 
• MAT 
• CMAT 
• ATMA 
• GMAT 

This means that students who score in the top percentiles on these exams will receive scholarship amounts between approximately ₹25,000 and ₹75,000 depending on how well they performed.

Other Scholarship Options 
In addition to scholarships based on entrance exam scores, students may receive recognition and awards for: 

• Excellence in academics 
• Demonstrating leadership 
• Achievement in sports 
• Participation in extracurricular activities

Assistance with Education Loans 

GIBS also assists students with the following items related to education loans: 

• The preparation of loan documentary evidence 
• Assistance in obtaining bank loans 
• Providing information on processing of loans 

Additionally, because the programs at GIBS are AICTE-approved/university-affiliated, students can apply for educational loans from banks with which GIBS works more easily.

While it is much easier to get into this institute than an IIM, you must still meet the criteria for admission to the Global Institute of Business Studies.

Here is what GIBS is looking for: 

•  A valid score from CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/ATMA/GMAT/CET.
•  A good academic record (10th, 12th, graduation).
•  Performance of SOP/GD/PI will be given high weightage.
•  You may earn extra points for work experience, athletics and extracurricular activities. 

Is it tough?

• As long as you have an average-to-good academic record to demonstrate that you possess good communication skills (written and verbal) and you do well in preparation for the interview, then admission is within reach.
• It should be noted that if you have an exceptional profile and entrance score, your chances of being admitted will be greater.
• GIBS will also provide direct admissions in some circumstances based upon eligibility and seat availability.

The IRE (Innovation, Research and Entrepreneurship) and CPMP (Career and Personality Management Programme) are two specific programmes offered by the Global Institute of Business Studies (GIBS) that help give students international exposure and the necessary skills to be ready for a career in industry.
