If you are not choosing LPU for MBA, make sure you are into Iims or the deemed government business schools of India. Moreover, I would suggest you go through NIRF rankings 2020 for B-Schools and plan accordingly. LPU has been ranked 50th. Also, spending more money on colleges has nothing to do with the quality of education. It has to do with the quality of their infrastructure (for private colleges). Before getting admission into MBA course, often a candidate comes across a choice to pick one MBA specialisations that would serve as the foundation for his/her career growth. Symbosis is a good name in management education. Marketing, Fiance and Hr are few of most demanding specializations. All of these specializations are good in Symbosis but it depends a lot on your calibre and skill level. If you are law graduate and specialize in Hr, you can excel more in this field. Similarly, if you are a commerce graduate you can excel more in finance.

For Distance MBA in HR, Few good colleges are XLRI ( If you have some experience), Symbosis, NMIMS, department of distance education NIRF ranked universities, Amity distance. Cost effective would be department of distance education of government universities like Kurushetra, IGNOU.
