I would say marketing has more scope than HR. Every startup, domestic, and MNC is always in look for Marketing professionals in India. Growth opportunities are huge in marketing than in HR. The package is also good if you meet the target. Marketing is an exciting job to take up. I would suggest you go through NIRF rankings 2020 for B-Schools and plan accordingly. LPU has been ranked 37 as per the NIRF ranking 2021. Also, spending more money on colleges has nothing to do with the quality of education. I don't believe in such stereotypes, courses are not gender based. The scope of the MBA in HR is a totally demanding career. As you know, HR is the most crucial part of any organisation/company. Another most important factor which determine your growth is the university or college you are pursuing MBA.
