The best last minute suggestion would be to revise your concepts. While preparing make a note copy of important topics and concepts.
In that copy, include the things which are very frequently asked in JEE and also, those things in which you get confused.

Yes, you can easily get into good NIT at this score, since you have cleared the cut-off prescribed by the NTA and hence you can get good NITs and in good branches.
