The final AIR will be declared after April 2019 considering the best score out of the two JEE Main attempts for all the applicants, hence based on current percentile we cannot predict which trade you will get in PEC Chandigarh. Wait for the final AIR declaration.

There are two branches. One is ICT, and the other is ICT+minors in Computational Science. You can register for admission and depending on your overall rank; you will get ICT or ICT+CS.
For admission through GUJCET, you need to score minimum 98% in boards and above 110 in GUJCET. Your overall rank should be in top 250.
I have taken admission through JEE Mains and my all India rank was 10015 and I got admission in ICT.

If you are interested in doing engineering. Only in this case you should drop a year and if you can score high in JEE Main. If you can spend your hours And hours daily for studying. If you have that willpower then only, you should choose engineering as a career option. Because getting an average college is not a tough task. And if it is not a good college like NITs, IITs then it is also not useful.

Getting a seat in IT is possible though can't be sure about CS. CS cutoff in DTU is quite high. The cutoff for IT is also high but finger crossed. You stand a chance. Good Luck.
