Your JEE Mains score is good and I think you have given JEE Advanced. Tell me about your expectations from Advanced. There is only one disadvantage that you will give your one year, for doing better.

There are very low chances of getting any government college but you should try for other colleges. And, you should also go for the state level counselling. Otherwise, you can go for the private colleges across the India. You can get a better one.

In my opinion, you should choose the branch in which you are interested as every branch is best in their field.

Try your luck in JEE Advance because with that rank you are not getting anything in JEE Mains counselling. And in private go for BITS or Lovely depending upon your calibre.

You have very low chances of getting an NIT as per your marks. According to your marks, you should appear for advanced exam. Chances will increase if you clear the advanced exam.

Hello,
Hope you are doing well. 3355 is a very good rank in JEE Mains under your category. You should go for NIT and IIITs for B.Tech in your favourite branch. Try to search for best NIT with ranking and go for counselling, you will definitely get any NIT also best government college. All the best.

Hello,
I hope you are doing well. State rank will be calculated by your state counselling authority of JEE Mains based on that you will be able to go for NIT. You will definitely get a seat in NIT Karnataka along with your favourite branch.
All The Best.

Hello,
I hope you are doing well. You have very less marks in JEE main if you belongs to General category, hence, you will not be able to get any government college for engineering but you can go for good private college of your state through state level counselling based on your ranking in JEE.
All The best.
