You cannot get any IIIT or NIT but you may get best private engineering college or government college. Do predict the top college according to your score that you can get :

and see previous year's cutoffs there and you would get an idea of your chances to get NIT.

NIT Srinagar
NIT Agartala
NIT Arunachal Pradesh
NIT Puducherry
NIT Mizoram
