You cannot get any NIT as your marks are too low, but you can get any government or best private engineering college which you can get through state counselling or via direct admission. There are so many private colleges which provide better placements and education.

but still you might get admission into DTU. But at this rank you will probably get lower preferred branches.

But your JEE score as well as your board percentage will be taken into account while taking admissions. So it depends on your boards marks as well.
