It is good that you are looking forward to get admission in the top institutes of India, however, as per your marks you are chances are nil to get any NITs or IIITs, but you have come very close this year, so I will suggest you to take a gap and prepare well for the next year. All the best.

I hope you are doing well. As you said, you have qualified the cut off of your category in JEE Mains. So, you can go for government college if you have good marks and rank.
