According to me, the cut-off for JEE Mains will be around 95-105 and this will be the score that will be required to qualify for JEE Advance and the result for Mains is going to released by tomorrow. By then, all will be cleared.

Yes, you have good chances of him getting CSE at Sastra University. You would be admitted under category 1, which is based on the combined score of both JEE Mains and board exam marks. All the best.

There is a counseling system in Gujarat University or you can attempt entrance exam for the college in Gujarat . About quota, it will depend on your score in entrance exam.

You have to crack WBJEE and other eligibility criteria is:
The required qualifications and conditions to be fulfilled to participate in the entrance examination will constitute WBJEE 2018 eligibility criteria.
