It is not possible and you have taken a correct decision to appear in computer based test, as in pen & paper based test, once you mark your response in OMR, you can't change it. But, it is not in case of computer based test. You can also give a demo test in www.jeemain.nic.in. The link for mock test will be available in the month of January (I am not sure about the date).

You can appear for VITEE/KITEE/SRMJEE/State Entrance Exam of your state. Also, just give the JEE Mains (as it will help you to take admission in various colleges of India). If you get good marks and you think you can get CSE in your rank, then its fine, else see your ranks in VITEE/SRMJEE/State Entrance Exam of your state and see if you are getting CSE branch. If you do not get a satisfying rank, you can give a year drop and prepare for JEE Mains and advanced, but please don't skip the JEE Mains, as I have stated the reason earlier.

According to the notification announced by CBSE for JEE Mains 2018, the weightage of marks acquired in class 12th will not be added to the JEE Mains scores in the final result.
Previously, the some percentage of class 12th marks were included in the final result. But, CBSE has changes this rule.
According to CBSE, you will have to score at least 75% marks in the 12th class for being eligible for JEE Mains exam.

Few months are left before the exam, so you have to completely focus on class 12th portion and try to revise PCM from class 12th syllabus. And, if there is any time left, then revise class 11th portion such as Permutation and combination, Andhra Pradesh, GP, Complex No. Atomic Structure, Redox Reaction, Hydrogen, States of Matter, Thermodynamic.
