You can try your luck in DTU counselling. IIITs and NITs seem to be tough with this rank but anything is possible. You just need to have patience and wait for all the counselling till spot round. GFTIs are not as much better option as the above two are, so keep that as a back up plan. All the best.

You have to fill an online application through the website of the college. Then you have to fill it with the details of JEE Mains and all other important information as per the instructions.

Go with the counseling for govt. colleges and some good private engineering colleges. Like in Rajasthan, you choose top ten colleges and visit these colleges and then, compare with all different quality. After that, you can decide which is better.

Dhruv, with these JEE marks itis not possible for you to get a good college. Better is to try for admission in private universities. There are many reputed private universities that are offering B.Tech degree with various specializations. They have their different criteria for admissions. Hello Devashish,
Your score is not that good to get any college through JEE Mains JOSAA counselling.
So, better you can try for some other private colleges such as LNCT, Galgotias, Jaypee, Nirma, and MIT Pune according to your marks.
Best of luck.

No, you should not take drop for CS in Techno India specially. If you are taking drop then you should take your chances for some much better colleges.

For this rank, it is very tough to get a government seat. You can try for NRI, quota in SRM, etc.
