JEE Mains and JEE Advanced are the only entrance examinations for admission into any government college for engineering. If you are getting a college in Karnataka, then I would advise you to grab the opportunity and get admission there. Your score in JEE Mains is not much for admission.

Competition in OBC category students is quite intense. With the marks you have scored in JEE Mains, I am afraid you have really very slim chances of getting admission.

The minimum qualifying marks in 12th to get admission in NIT are 75%. You can appear for JEE Mains but can not get admission in any of the NIT's or IIT's.
