Scholarship will always be dependent on your getting admission for a particular course. Only after admission, the issue of scholarship can be answered.

If your state is not participating in admission via JEE Mains then you cannot get admission here. As per my information you will have to appear for CET of your state.

Every state has good colleges which will offer B.Sc with physics. However, admissions to these colleges is not through JEE Mains but based on marks scored in qualifying exam.

I have not heard of any app that can help you in preparation of JEE Mains. See, ultimately, it's you who has to study and pass exam. App perhaps may help you in finding answers while you are preparing. That's it.

I don't think Anna University is accepting JEE Mains score for admitting students. Hence, score in this exam will not help you. You will have to appear their CET for admissions.

Eligibility is 12th or its recognised equivalent examination. I do not think 2nd PUC is equivalent to 12th. How much you scored in your 12th? If you have scored less than 75%, unfortunately, you are not eligible.

What required is to upload your Aadhar number. Finger print is not required. If you have not uploaded Aadhar number, then when portal opens for editing, you may fill it up.

We are accustomed to pen and paper till at least 12th. Therefore, it appears easy compared to online. However, I feel online is much better option.

VJTI admissions are not based on JEE Mains but are based on MHT CET conducted by Maharashtra Government. I hope you have applied for it. Process is open at the moment.
However, if you appear for both then you can seek admission to NITs or IITs.
Best wishes.
