Hello Dhruv,
In all India ranking by different agencies, this Institute has got good ranking. Therefore, it is obvious that you will require better marks to get admission in this college. A score of more than 250 should be enough.

Hello Arvind,
It is better to stick to NCERT. You can go through the whole book twice. It will help you in class 12th boards and JEE Mains because now you have no time left for preparation.

Around 240 marks will guarantee you a rank in under 3000 (Considering that boards marks do not count), which is sufficient for a Delhi-general candidate to get CSE in DTU/ NSIT. If you are outside Delhi general, consider getting half the rank (250 to 260 marks).

Hi, it changes every year and depends on which category you belong. The highest rank required for general category students in 2016 was 100.

Hello Saswat,
Yes, from this year onwards, marks obtained in 12th will not be considered. Only your performance in JEE Mains will count. For getting 20k rank, I feel, you will have to score about 280-300.

Hello Yash,
Admissions to engineering colleges in Mumbai are as per your score in MHT CET. There are some better known colleges which require better score and there are some not so well known colleges which do not require good score.

Hello Amit,
Admissions to UPTU college is not through JEE Mains. Therefore your score here will not help you. You have to appear for entrance exam conducted by UPTU.
