Every entrance exam provides relaxation for weaker sections of the society and hence, your OBC certificate will stand applicable for JEE exam.

No not at all. This is not possible. Giving the JEE mains exam is mandatory since it is the sole criteria on which admission to NSIT is based.

Yes, you can appear for the JEE Mains 2016 after accepting a seat in JoSAA but not in JEE Advanced.

JEE mains score has nothing to do with boards. It's about how you attempt the JEE Exam. Never the less you have to be clear with the basics, which you learn through board studies.
Practice with sample papers of JEE mains to get more knowledge of the questions asked in JEE mains.

Exact prediction is very difficult to make. The rank every year depends upon the performance of all the appearing candidates every year which vary from year to year.
With 160 marks you may score a rank between 12000 to 16000 (General Category), which might get you a good stream. This also depends on which category you belong to.
