Diploma is very good for technical knowledge but the salary you will get after completing the same will always be higher than Diploma.
Production engineering in COEP is a sandwich branch but you are compulsory do two internships of 6 months in different companies for completing your degree.

MBA requires completion of a degree, whatever it might be. The discipline in MBA totally depends on what your interests are.
