It's very nice to hear from you that after doing your graduation in mechanical engineering you are interested in modifying bikes and cars. However, there are no such courses in the market at least from the regular universities. It is only your ability to understand the functioning of cars and bikes and then modifying them to suit the customer's taste. The persons or garages who are into this business do not have any specialized courses but they have an understanding of how these machines work and taking advantage they modify it to suit the customer's need and taste.
