SBSR Sharda University admission starts with the notification released by the university. The institute releases the PhD admission notification twice in a year (May and November) on the university website. The admission takes place through the merit secured in NET exam, proposal submission/ presentation and personal interview. Once candidates have cleared all the rounds, they will be selected for admission into the PhD programme.

Yes, candidates applying for admission in SBSR Sharda University PhD should clear the NET exam as admissions in the programme are on the basis of merit secured in the NET exam and subsequent rounds of interview. The NET exam takes place two times in a year in June and December. Candidates who have secured PhD eligibility in the NET exam are eligible to apply for the programme at the university.

Yes, Vidyalankar School of Information Technology does offer PhD programme. The institute acceptes candidates through entrance basis. KV Institute of Management and Information Studies (KVIMIS) Coimbatore provides full-time and part-time Ph.D. in Management programs under Anna University affiliation. Admission requires a master's degree with 55% marks for SC/ST/OBC and 50% marks for physically challenged candidates.
