The total fee to pursue a PhD at IIITDM Kurnool is INR 1.4 lakh. As per official sources, the tuition fee charged for all specialisations is the same. Other than this, the fee structure includes other charges such as admission fees, hostel fees, development & training fees, etc.

In the first year of the PhD at SBSR Sharda University candidates go through basic course work related to their subjects and research aptitude required to complete their degree. Yes SBSR Sharda University offers PhD fellowships to students. The fellowships vary as per the qualification and performance of the students. If a candidate has qualified NET/GATE/SET/UET or other equivalent test conducted by a GOI accredited agency, they are eligible for INR 15,000 per month as fellowship. Other full-time students recieve a fellowship of INR 8,000 per month. In addition to that, PhD students are also eligible for teaching assistantship of INR 10,000 per month.

Yes, the institute offers a doctorate programme to students in “Public Policy”. However, securing admission to the course is not an easy ask, as the institute only accepts 5-8 highly qualified individuals every year. Applications to the course remain open every year between Aug 1-Dec 10.
