The PTE exam fees for 2025 has been increased by INR 1000. Thus, the current PTE exam fee for Indian students is INR 18,000. This amount of fee is already inclusive of taxes.

The PTE test is conducted at authorised PTE test centres in India. There are 62 such authorised Pearson PTE test centres where test takers' safety and convenience is given the maximum priority. The major test centre cities include Delhi, Bangalore, Noida, Gurugram, Jalandhar, Ahmedabad, Mohali, etc.

The answer to this question is - yes! According to some sources, cracking the PTE exam can be easy and one can crack it even by preparing for 2 to 7 days before the exam. However, candidates are not recommended to take the exam with this kind of last-minute preapartion. Students who speak, talk, study regularly in English can be ready to take the exam in no time. But those students who are not fluent in English are recommended to immerse themsellves in the language by reading books, listening to podcasts and documentaries in English and start speaking and talking in English on a dauily basis followed by solving some PTE mock tests afte

Yes, PTE results can be available on weekends because Pearson processes results throughout the week, including on Saturdays and Sundays. Once the PTE exam is over, test takers receive a leaflet that states that their results may be available within 5 business days. However, most students get their PTE test results within 2 days of taking the test.

According to some sources, it is absolutely possible to get an absolute score of 90 on your PTE test. The key is to immerse yourself in the language - read books, watch podcasts and documentries in English, speak in English daily and try to have every conversation in English.

The listening section in the PTE exam involves listening to a recording and then answering a few questions based on what you heard on that recording. You can listen to the recording only once. So, here are a few tips that can help you perform well on the listening section of the PTE exam-

  1. Take notes while listening to the recording.
  2. You can take notes either on the erasable notebook provided or in the response box of your screen. 
  3. Make notes in very short lines or phrases, as writing complete sentences will lead you to miss other important information in the recording.

A PTE score of 79 is generally considered equivalent to an IELTS score of 7.5.

To change a PTE score to a TOEFL score, you can use conversion tables. For example, a PTE score 79 is about the same as TOEFL score 113. In general, higher PTE scores match higher TOEFL scores. But you should always check the official table to get the correct conversion.
